摘要
目的探讨适应性训练联合微视频宣教对学龄期先天性心脏病手术患儿焦虑情绪和麻醉诱导配合度的影响。方法选取2019年2月-2022年6月胸心外科收治的80例学龄期先天性心脏病患儿为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各40例,对照组给予手术常规宣教,观察组在对照组的基础上给予适应性训练联合微视频宣教,比较2组焦虑评分、麻醉诱导配合度及患儿家属满意度。结果干预后,观察组在手术等候时的焦虑评分低于对照组(t=-2.188,P=0.032),麻醉诱导配合度优于对照组(t=10.835,P<0.001),患儿家属对护理工作的满意度高于对照组(χ^(2)=6.135,P=0.013)。结论适应性训练联合微视频宣教,能够有效改善学龄期先天性心脏病手术患儿的焦虑情绪和麻醉诱导配合度,提高患儿家属对护理工作的满意度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of adaptive training combined with micro-video health education model on preoperative psychological anxiety and anesthesia induction cooperation of school-age children with congenital heart disease.Methods A total of 80 school-age children with congenital heart disease and admitted to our hospital between February 2019 and June 2022 were selected.They were divided into a control group and an observation group,each of 40,according to a random number table.Both groups were given routine health education,while the observation group was additionally provided with adaptive training combined with micro-video.The anxiety scores,anesthesia induction cooperation and satisfaction of parents were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the psychological anxiety scores of children in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group when entering the waiting area(t=-2.188,P=0.032).Moreover,children′s cooperation in the anesthesia induction of the former group was significantly better than that of the control group(t=10.835,P<0.001),while parents′satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than the latter(χ2=6.135,P=0.013).Conclusion Adaptive training combined with micro-video health education can effectively relieve the psychological anxiety,and promote anesthesia induction cooperation and parents′satisfaction of nursing among school-age children with congenital heart disease.Therefore,it is worthy of clinical application.
