摘要
研究了以中空平板陶瓷微滤膜为核心的微絮凝/微滤组合工艺对微污染地表水的净化效能与膜污染特征,并与传统的PVDF中空纤维有机微滤膜进行了系统对比。结果表明,当微絮凝/微滤组合工艺选用中空平板陶瓷膜时,不仅可以有效地保证出水浊度低于0.3 NTU,而且可以更好地去除分子质量<5 ku的有机物和蛋白质类有机物,最终保证出水CODMn低于3 mg/L,满足《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB 5749—2022)的相关规定。与此同时,通过膜污染阻力变化、化学清洗效果以及膜面SEM形貌的综合对比分析,证实了中空平板陶瓷膜比中空纤维有机膜具有更强的抗污染能力和易清洁性。
Based on the systematical comparison with traditional PVDF hollow fiber MF membrane,the water purification efficiency as well as membrane fouling property of“micro‑flocculation+MF”process was studied by taking the hollow flat‑sheet ceramic MF membrane as the core component.The results showed that the selection of hollow flat‑sheet ceramic membrane in the combined process of“micro‑flocculation+MF”could not only ensure the effluent turbidity lower than 0.3 NTU,but also achieve a higher removal of organic matter with molecular weight less than 5 ku and protein.Consequently,the CODMn of effluent was kept lower than 3 mg/L,which could meet the requirement of the Standards for Drinking Water Quality(GB 5749-2022).In the meantime,it was confirmed that the hollow flat‑sheet ceramic membrane presented stronger anti‑fouling ability and cleanability than the hollow fiber organic membrane after the comprehensive comparison and analysis of membrane fouling resistance change,chemical cleaning efficiency and membrane surface SEM morphology.
