基于主成分分析和BP神经网络的都市圈水资源生态评价研究 被引量:2

Ecological Evaluation of Water Resources in Metropolitan Area Based on Principal Component Analysis and BP Neural Network

摘要 水资源生态评价是水生态文明建设的重要基础.以郑州都市圈为研究对象,运用“驱动力—状态—响应”模型构建指标体系,结合主成分分析和BP神经网络进行水资源生态评价的实证研究.结果表明,2010—2019年郑州、漯河与许昌的水资源生态评价水平较高,平顶山、洛阳和焦作次之,而新乡和开封的水资源生态评价水平不高;区域内水资源生态评价值总体趋势上是增长的,区位上中南部高北部低并呈现出显著的“地域分异”;以驱动力因素为输出值,其实际值与预测值整体上拟合效果尚可,尤其是年末总人口、城镇化率和人均GDP的拟合效果较好. The ecological evaluation of water resources is an important basis for the construction of water ecological civilization.This study takes Zhengzhou metropolitan area as an example,uses the“Driving-force State Response”model to construct the index system,and carries out the empirical research on the ecological evaluation of water resources by combining the principal component analysis method and BP neural network method.The results show that:during the study period(2010-2019),the development level of water resources ecological assessment in Zhengzhou,Luohe and Xuchang is high,followed by Pingdingshan,Luoyang and Jiaozuo,then Xinxiang and Kaifeng are not high;the overall trend of the ecological evaluation value of water resources in the region is increasing,the location is higher in the middle and south,lower in the north,and showing significant“regional differentiation”;taking the driving-force factor as the output value,the fitting effect between the actual value and the predicted value is acceptable on the whole,especially the fitting effect of the total population,urbanization rate and per capita GDP at the end of the year.
