摘要
当前点线啮合齿轮传动的综合刚度计算套用渐开线齿轮啮合刚度计算公式,精确度较低。文中以势能法计算直齿点线啮合齿轮传动单对齿时变啮合刚度的研究成果为基础,推导基于时变啮合刚度的直齿单点线啮合齿轮传动综合刚度计算公式,并通过有限元仿真验证的方法验证其计算精度,并将其与基于渐开线齿轮传动的综合刚度计算结果进行比较,验证基于时变啮合刚度的直齿点线啮合齿轮传动综合刚度计算公式的可信度。
When the calculation formula of involute gear meshing stiffness is used to calculate the comprehensive stiffness of front single-point line meshing gear transmission,the calculation accuracy is poor.In this paper,based on the study of calculating the time-varying meshing stiffness of single pair of teeth in straight single-point line meshing gear transmission by potential energy method,a formula for calculating the comprehensive stiffness of single-point line meshing spur gear transmission based on time-varying meshing stiffness was derived,and its calculation accuracy was verified by finite element simulation,and the results were compared with those based on involute gear transmission to verify the reliability of the formula for calculating the comprehensive stiffness of single-point line meshing spur gear transmission based on time-varying meshing stiffness.
