摘要
目的探讨干眼综合治疗组合系统治疗睑腺炎的临床效果。方法收集2020年2月至2022年2月济南市长清区人民医院眼科救治的睑腺炎患者110例作为研究对象。按随机数表法将所选患者分为研究组与对照组,每组各55例。对照组患者给予盐酸左氧氟沙星滴眼液、红霉素眼膏进行治疗,研究组患者则在盐酸左氧氟沙星滴眼液、红霉素眼膏治疗的基础上给予干眼综合治疗组合系统治疗。观察两组患者肿块消退的面积,治疗1、3、5 d后的治愈率。结果治疗5 d后研究组患者肿块消退面积明显大于对照组;治疗后研究组患者VAS评分明显低于对照组;治疗3 d与5 d时研究组患者治愈率均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论干眼综合治疗组合系统联合盐酸左氧氟沙星滴眼液、红霉素眼膏能明显改善睑腺炎患者眼部症状,提高患者的治愈率,值得在临床工作中进行广泛应用与大力推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of dry eye comprehensive treatment combination system in the treatment of hordeolum.Methods A total of 110 patients with hordeolum treated in the People’s Hospital of Changqing District in Jinan City from February 2020 to February 2022 were collected as the research objects.The selected patients were divided into the study group(n=55)and the control group(n=55)according to the random number table method.Patients in the control group were treated with levofloxacin hydrochloride eye drops and erythromycin eye ointment,while patients in the study group were treated with dry eye comprehensive treatment combination system on the basis of the treatment of levofloxacin hydrochloride eye drops and erythromycin eye ointment.Then the area where the tumor regression and the cure rate after 1,3 and 5 days of treatment in the two groups of patients were observed.Results After 5 days of treatment,the area of tumor regression of patients in the study group was obviously larger than that in the control group.After treatment,the VAS score of patients in the study group was obviously lower than that in the control group.At the 3rd and 5th day of treatment,the cure rates of patients in the study group were both obviously higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The dry eye comprehensive treatment combination system combined with levofloxacin hydrochloride eye drops and erythromycin eye ointment can obviously improve the eye symptoms of patients with hordeolum and improve the cure rate of patients.Therefore,it is worthy of extensive app lication and vigorous promotion in clinical work.
