半乳甘露聚糖对镜铁矿和石英可浮性的影响及机理研究 被引量:1

摘要 镜铁矿在自然界中常与石英伴生,但镜铁矿磁性较弱,难以通过磁选对这两种矿物进行分离,浮选是实现分离的有效手段。以十二胺为捕收剂,通过单矿物浮选、Zeta电位测试、吸附量测试及XPS光谱研究了半乳甘露聚糖对十二胺体系下镜铁矿与石英可浮性的影响。单矿物浮选试验结果表明,当pH=10、十二胺浓度为20 mg/L、半乳甘露聚糖浓度为48 mg/L时,石英单矿物回收率较镜铁矿高58.53个百分点,以半乳甘露聚糖为镜铁矿抑制剂可实现镜铁矿与石英的有效分离。混合矿浮选试验获得了铁品位53.17%、回收率78.4%的指标。Zeta电位测试结果表明,半乳甘露聚糖可以在镜铁矿表面产生强烈吸附,使矿物表面零电点正移,但半乳甘露聚糖对石英表面Zeta电位影响不明显。吸附量测试结果表明半乳甘露聚糖在镜铁矿表面的吸附量高于在石英表面的吸附量。XPS光谱分析结果表明半乳甘露聚糖产生吸附的主要原因是镜铁矿表面铁原子与半乳甘露聚糖产生了化学吸附。研究结果表明,半乳甘露聚糖可以作为镜铁矿与石英浮选分离的抑制剂。 Specularite is often associated with quartz in nature,but the magnetism of specularite is low,so it is difficult to separate the two minerals by magnetic separation.Flotation is an effective means to achieve separation.The effect of galactomannan on the floatability of specularite and quartz in dodecylamine system was studied by single mineral flotation,Zeta potential test,adsorption capacity test and XPS spectrum using dodecylamine as collector.The results of single mineral flotation test show that when the pH=10,the concentration of dodecylamine is 20 mg/L,and the concentration of galactomannan is 48 mg/L,the recovery rate of quartz single mineral is 58.53 percentage points higher than that of specularite.The effective separation of specularite and quartz can be achieved by using galactomannan as specularite inhibitor.The flotation test of mixed ore obtained an iron grade of 53.17%and a recovery rate of 78.4%.Zeta potential test results show that galactomannan can produce strong adsorption on the surface of specularite,which makes the zero point of mineral surface move positively,but galactomannan has no obvious effect on the Zeta potential of quartz surface.The adsorption capacity test results showed that the adsorption capacity of galactomannan on the surface of specularite was higher than that on the surface of quartz.The results of XPS analysis showed that the main reason for the adsorption of galactomannan was the chemical adsorption between iron atoms on the surface of specularite and galactomannan.The results show that galactomannan can be used as an inhibitor for the flotation separation of specularite and quartz.
