Objective The risk factors for postoperative pharyngeal pain in patients undergoing general anesthesia with double lumen tracheal intubation were analyzed. Methods 92 patients with double lumen tracheal intubation undergoing general anesthesia admitted to the hospital from July 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects to evaluate the incidence of pharyngeal pain within 72 hours after surgery, and to investigate the general information of patients, the risk factors for postoperative pharyngeal pain in patients undergoing general anesthesia with dual lumen tracheal intubation were analyzed. Results Among 92 cases of general anesthesia with double lumen tracheal intubation,51 cases had postoperative sore throat, with an incidence of 55.43%.The results of Logistic regression analysis show that tracheal tube capsule pressure≥30 cmH2O,general laryngoscopic intubation, intubation time>4 h,intraoperative aspiration≥3 times, and preoperative non nebulized inhalation of drugs were risk factors for postoperative pharyngeal pain in patients undergoing dual lumen tracheal intubation general anesthesia(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusion There is a higher risk of postoperative pharyngeal pain for the patients undergoing general anesthesia with double lumen tracheal intubation, which may be influenced by factors such as the pressure of the tracheal catheter cuff, the type of laryngoscope, intubation time, the times of intraoperative sputum aspiration and the condition of preoperative aerosol inhalation of drugs.
