摘要
目的观察临床护理保护在呼吸内科护理管理中的作用。方法选取2020年8月—2021年8月湖南省职业病防治院呼吸内科护理人员20名为研究对象,随机分为临床护理保护管理的观察组(10名)与常规护理管理的对照组(10名),对比两组护理人员的满意度、管理质量、职业风险发生率及正负性情绪变化。结果经培训后观察组护理人员满意度、管理质量各评分均高于对照组,观察组的职业风险发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组培训前的正性情绪评分、负性情绪评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组培训后的正性情绪评分高于本组培训前,观察组培训后的负性情绪评分低于本组培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在呼吸内科护理管理中应用临床护理保护,能提高管理质量及护理人员满意度,降低职业风险发生率。
Objective To observe the role of clinical nursing protection in the nursing management of respiratory medicine.Methods 20 nursing staff in the Department of Respiratory Medicine,Hunan Provincial Occupational Disease Control and Prevention Hospital from August 2020 to August 2021 were selected as research objects.They were randomly divided into the observation group of clinical nursing protection(10 cases)and the control group of routine nursing management(10 cases).Nursing staff satisfaction,quality of management,and incidence of occupational risks were observed,and the positive and negative emotional changes of nursing staff in the two groups were compared.Results After training,the scores of nursing staff satisfaction and management quality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the incidence of occupational risk in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in positive emotion score and negative emotion score between the two groups before training(P>0.05).The positive emotion score after training in the observation group was higher than that before the training in the observation group,and the negative emotion score after training in the observation group was lower than that before the training in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of clinical nursing protection in respiratory medicine nursing management can improve the quality of management and nursing staff satisfaction,and reduce the incidence of occupational risk.
