摘要
本文介绍了北京广播电视台8K超高清制播系统建设历程以及项目主体构成,提出通过新型文件/编码/信号格式结合智能化应用解决业务效率、硬件性能、图像质量等难点,详细描述了8K多格式混合制播、分层编码、字幕分离生产、浅压缩视频流、人工智能视频处理等创新要点。同时,结合系统调试和业务应用中遇到的问题,给出了电视端播出稳定性提升和移动端呈现质量解决方案,还梳理了科技冬奥应用示范和8K内容生产成果,并说明了后续重点任务和工作方向。
This paper introduces the construction course and project structure of the 8K UHD production and broadcasting system of Beijing Radio and Television Station.It proposes the new solution to solve the difficulties of operational efficiency,hardware performance,and image quality through new file/coding/signal formats combined with intelligent applications.It describes in detail the innovations in multi-format production and broadcasting,layered coding,subtitle separation,shallow compressed video stream,artificial intelligence video processing,etc.At the same time,based on the problems encountered in system debugging stage and operational applications,it also provides the solution to improve the presentation quality of mobile terminals and the stability of TV broadcasting.The demonstration of the technology Winter Olympics application and the production results of 8K content are also summarized,and the follow-up key tasks and work directions are explained.
