摘要
针对电缆铜线使用的氰化物高速连续电镀银工艺生产安全管理压力大,采用无氰镀银工艺是大势所趋的发展现状,探讨了电缆铜线高速无氰镀银工艺的基本特性和注意事项,以解决无氰镀银工艺在铜线高速连续镀银生产方面存在的一些困难与问题(如溶液稳定性等)。根据目前报道的一些典型无氰镀银工艺的特点,提出了电缆铜线无氰电镀银代替氰化镀银中可能存在的问题、技术难点以及今后的研发方向等,为后续的电缆铜线高速连续无氰电镀银代替目前应用的氰化镀银工艺打下技术基础。
The cyanide high-speed continuous silver plating process used for cable copper wire has great difficulties in production safety management,and the adoption of cyanide free silver plating process is the trend of development.In order to solve some difficulties and problems(such as solution stability,etc.)in the high-speed continuous silver plating production of copper wire,the basic characteristics and precautions of high-speed cyanide free silver plating process for cable copper wire were discussed.According to the characteristics of some typical cyanide free silver plating processes reported at present,the possible problems,technical difficulties and future research as well as the development directions in the replacement of cyanide silver plating by cyanide free silver plating on cable copper wires are proposed,which will lay a technical foundation for the replacement of cyanide silver plating by high-speed continuous cyanide free silver plating on cable copper wires.
