摘要
高质量发展是适应新时代我国社会主要矛盾变化的必然要求,同时也是新征程全面建设社会主义现代化国家的首要任务。结合新时代我国社会主要矛盾变化和新征程全面建设社会主义现代化国家的中心任务,探讨新时代新征程以高质量发展推进中国式现代化的理论逻辑和实践路径。研究认为,新时代新征程以高质量发展推进中国式现代化:一是坚持和完善社会主义基本经济制度,加快构建高水平社会主义市场经济体制;二是全面贯彻新发展理念,加快构建新发展格局;三是深入实施科教兴国、人才强国、创新驱动发展等战略,推动我国经济实现质的有效提升和量的合理增长。
High quality development is an inevitable requirement to adapt to the changes in the main contradictions of our society in the new era,and is also the primary task of building a modern socialist country in an all-round way in the new journey.In combination with the changes in China's major social contradictions in the new era and the central task of the new journey to build a socialist modern country in an all-round way,this paper discusses the theoretical logic and practical path of promoting Chinese-style modernization with high-quality development in the new era and new journey.The study believes that promoting Chinese-style modernization with high-quality development in the new journey and the new era,we should adhere to and improve the basic socialist economic system first,and accelerate the construction of a high-level socialist market economy;second,we should comprehensively implement the new development concept and accelerate the construction of a new development pattern;third,we should deepen the implementation of strategies such as rejuvenating the country through science and education,strengthening the country through talent,and promoting innovation-driven development,so as to promote China's economy to achieve an effective improvement of quality and reasonable quantitative growth.

胡怀国,经济学博士,中国社会科学院经济研究所研究员、博士生导师,政治经济学学科带头人、政治经济学研究室主任,兼任中国社会科学院全国中国特色社会主义政治经济学研究中心副主任。长期致力于政治经济学、经济思想史研究。先后出版专著、合著、译著多部,在《经济研究》《学术研究》《经济学动态》《政治经济学评论》等期刊发表学术论文近百篇,入选中国人民大学“复印报刊资料重要转载来源作者(2022年度)”。早期重点结合苏格兰启蒙运动研究亚当·斯密的学术思想,主要研究成果有:《斯密思想体系及其经济理论》(北京大学1999年博士学位论文)、《亚当·斯密》(香港地区中华书局2000年版)、《〈国富论〉导读》(四川教育出版社2002年版)、《斯密思想体系的一致性》(《经济科学》1999年第4期)、《亚当·斯密的思想渊源:一种被忽略的学术传统》(《经济学动态》2011年第9期)、《重塑现代市场经济的人文基础——基于亚当·斯密学术思想的初步考察》(《学术研究》2015年第12期)等。近期重点结合古典经济学研究马克思主义政治经济学、结合马克思主义中国化时代化研究中国特色社会主义政治经济学,并以此推进对我国发展中的重大理论和实践问题的政治经济学分析,主要研究成果有:《探寻中国特色社会主义政治经济学的思想史基础一一“新时代”如何改进我们的经济思想史研究》(《经济思想史研究》2019年第1辑)、《新发展格局的内在逻辑、时代内涵与实现路径》(《山东社会科学》2021年第2期)、《现代化视域下的共同富裕:理论逻辑与物质基础》(《学术研究》2022年第4期)、《社会主义市场经济条件下的资本要素:特性、作用和行为规律》(《经济学动态》2022年第9期)等。
