摘要
为了确保建筑工程施工安全,降低事故发生概率,提升数据采集精度,提出一种大型基坑工程数字化施工现场数据采集方法。利用传感器采集施工现场数据,对该位置表面的散斑情况实行解码,获得目标数据,利用中值滤波器进行噪声抑制,同时通过双边滤波实现降噪,得到精准的基坑现场数据。实验阶段布置监测点位,分析施工现场土壤成分、松散程度等信息,清理影响工程的杂质,实验结果证明所提方法能够得到较为准确的基坑施工现场数据,误差较小,可以满足大型基坑工程要求,有利于提高工作效率、节约施工费用、易掌握工程情况以及保证施工安全。
In order to ensure the safety of construction,reduce the probability of accidents,and improve the accuracy of data collection,this paper presented a method of digital data collection for large-scale foundation pit projects at construction sites.Firstly,sensors were used to collect data of construction sites and decode the speckle on the surface,thus obtaining target data.Secondly,the median filter was used to suppress noise.Meanwhile,bilateral filtering was used to reduce noise and thus to obtain accurate data of foundation pits.In the experimental stage,the monitoring points were arranged,and then the information such as soil composition and looseness in construction sites was analyzed.Finally,the impurities affecting the project were cleaned up.Experimental results show that the proposed method can collect more accurate data of foundation pits in construction sites,with less error,and can meet the requirements of large-scale foundation pit engineering,which is conducive to improving work efficiency,saving construction cost,grasping the project and ensuring construction safety.
