两种通用CFD软件求解器的对比研究

摘要 国产软件的自主开发与创新对发展我国信息技术产业至关重要。选取行业内两种主流的通用CFD软件求解器FLUENT和STAR-CCM+,广泛地对比了两种不同求解器在经典流体力学领域、传热领域、航空航天领域、船舶与海洋工程领域上的计算情况,分析了两种求解器对同一模型的计算差异。研究表明,两种求解器对流动方程及能量方程的计算已十分成熟,具有极高的准确性。随着模型复杂程度的不断增加,两种求解器的计算差异也随之增大。由STAR-CCM+生成网格,导入到FLUENT中进行求解,能够实现两种软件的有机结合,发挥各自的长处。得到结论:国产软件可以针对某一特定领域,将其在该领域内的功能发挥到最大。在该领域采用模板式的参数设置,不仅可以降低软件使用者的学习成本,还能提高该软件的可靠度。 The independent development and innovation of domestic software is crucial to the development of China's information technology industry.FLUENT and STAR-CCM+,two mainstream general-purpose CFD software solvers in the industry are selected,and the calculations of the two different solvers are extensively compared in the fields of classical fluid mechanics,heat transfer,aerospace,and marine and marine engineering.In this case,the differences in the computation of the two solvers for the same model are analyzed.The research shows that the two solvers are very mature for the calculation of the flow equation and the energy equation,with extremely high accuracy.As the complexity of the model continues to increase,so does the computational difference between the two solvers.The mesh is generated by STAR-CCM+and imported into FLUENT for solution,which can realize the organic combination of the two softwares and give full play to their respective strengths.It is concluded that domestic software can target a specific field and maximize its functions in this field.The use of template parameter settings in this field can not only reduce the learning cost of software users,but also improve the reliability of the software.
