摘要
为提高液化天然气(LiquefiedNaturalGas,LNG)船液货舱区域分段的平整度,对分段平整度要求和分段建造流程进行阐述,在此基础上明确各个建造环节的平整度控制方法。研究表明:该工艺可有效保障LNG船液货舱区域分段的平整度。研究成果可为船舶分段的平整度控制提供一定参考。
In order to improve the flatness of the sections in the liquid cargo tank area of liquefied natural gas(LNG)ships,the requirements for flatness of the sections and the construction process of the sections are described,and on this basis,the flatness control methods for each construction link are clarified.The research shows that this process can effectively ensure the flatness of the LNG tanker cargo tank area segments.The research results can provide some references for the flatness control of ship sections.
