摘要
通过参考近几年国内相关学术文献,对汽车用尼龙(PA)的改性技术研究进展情况进行了综述。介绍了汽车用PA6和PA66等通用PA的物理改性技术,包括纤维增强改性、无机粒子填充改性、发泡改性、共混改性和耐热改性等,同时介绍了耐高温PA的共聚改性和纤维增强改性技术,并对改性PA在汽车零部件中的应用研究进展情况进行了简要总结。最后对汽车用PA改性技术的未来发展趋势进行了展望。
Through referring to relevant domestic academic literature in recent years,the research progress in modification technology of nylon(PA)for automotive was reviewed.The physical modification technologies of general PA such as PA6 and PA66 used in automobile were introduced,including fiber reinforcement modification,inorganic particles filling modification,foaming modification,blending modification,heat resistance modification and so on.At the same time,the copolymerization modification and fiber reinforcement modification technologies of high-temperature resistant PA were introduced,and the application research progress of modified PA in automotive parts was briefly summarized.Finally,the future development trend of PA modification technology for automobile was prospected.
