摘要
目的以萝卜品种“世农606”为试验材料,研究了微生物菌肥处理对萝卜生长的影响,以期筛选出促进萝卜生长的施肥配方。方法采用田间试验方法,设计6个施用处理,测定萝卜不同生育时期的株高(PH)、叶长(LL)、叶宽(LW)、叶绿素(Chl)含量和光合速率(Pn)的指标。结果各时期MS处理的PH、LL、LW均高于CK,MR处理其次;收获期MS处理的Chl含量明显高于CK,MS处理的Chla、Chlb含量较CK分别增加了47.06%、33.33%,收获期MS处理的Pn较CK提高了4.09%。结论对于萝卜形态指标而言,MS处理对萝卜生长促进效果显著。
Objective The radish variety“Shinong 606”was used as experimental material.The effects of microbial fertilizer and micronutrient on radish growth were studied to select the optimum treatment to promote growth of radish.Methods Six treatments for the field trial were designed.The indicators such as plant height(PH),leaf length(LL),leaf width(LW),chlorophyll(Chl)content and net photosynthetic rate(Pn)of radish at different growth stages were studied.Results The PH,LL and LW of MS treatment were higher than those of CK and MR were secondary in each period;The chlorophyll content of MS treatment was significantly higher than that of CK in harvest period,and the content of Chla and Chlb increased by 51.47%and 54.4%,respectively,compared with CK.Compared with CK,photosynthetic rates of MS treatment treatment increased by 4.09%at harvest period,respectively.Conclusion The effect of MS treatment on radish growth was significant.
