空气源热泵的智能化研究与应用

摘要 尚店油田尚二区块油井位置偏远且分散,原油黏度高,属于稠油,管输回压高、易堵塞。由于采用单井电加热、煤加热储油罐方式,耗能大,且存在安全隐患。人工巡护抄录,误差大,工作量大,效率低。针对上述问题,进行空气热源泵的智能化研究与应用,利用安全生产管理平台和鲁胜公司能源管控系统对空气源热泵能源消耗在线实时监控监测和采集加热数据,形成动态大数据库,自动形成报表,生成能耗分析图,根据加温情况,监控预警、智慧分析、诊断研判,实时优化加温方案,实现安全环保节能增效。 The location of oil wells in Shang 2 Block of Shangdian oilfield are remote and dispersed.The viscosity of crude oil is high,which belongs to heavy oil with high back pressure,easy plugging.It is used the method of oil storage tank with single well electric heating and coal heating,which consumes a lot of energy and has safety risks.What's more,the manual inspection and recording are inaccurate,heavy work-intensive,inefficient.In view of the above problems,the intelligent research and application of air source heat pump are carried out.By using the safe management platform and the energy management and control system of Lusheng Company,the energy consumption of the air source heat pump is monitored online in real time and collected the heating data to form a dynamic large database,automatically formulate reports,and generate the analysis charts of energy consumption.According to the heating situation,monitoring and early warning,intelligent analysis,diagnosis and evaluation,real-time optimization of heating scheme are achieved safety,environmental protection,energy conservation and efficiency.
