摘要
为开发出满足冷精锻工艺要求的低碳球化退火材C8C钢,采用Gleeble 3800热模拟机测量了C8C钢的相变点,并通过试验探究双相区球化退火、双相区等温球化退火、Ac1以下20~40℃退火等不同热处理工艺对C8C钢热轧材组织的影响,选取试验得出的最优工艺,在工业生产中进行验证。结果表明,C8C钢采用700℃±10℃保温17 h,按不大于12℃/h的冷却速度缓慢冷却至600℃后出炉空冷的球化退火工艺,退火后球化率≥90%,无贝氏体组织存在,硬度(HV10)≤105,满足客户冷精锻用钢的需求。
In this paper,in order to develop C8C steel,which is the low carbon spheroidizing annealing material and can meet the requirements of cold precision forging process,the phase change point of C8C steel was measured by Gleeble 3800 simulator.And the effects of different heat treatment processes such as two-phase region spheroidizing annealing,two-phase region isothermal spheroidizing annealing and the annealing process of below AC1 at 20℃~40℃on the microstructure of hot rolled C8C steel were investigated in the laboratory.The optimal process obtained from the test was selected and verified in the industrial production.The results show that the spheroidizing annealing process of C8C steel is as follows:after holding at 700℃±10℃for 17 hours,it is cooled slowly to 600℃at a cooling rate of less than or equal to 12℃/h,then air cooled.After annealing,spheroidization rate is greater than or equal to 90%.There is no bainite and the hardness(HV10)is less than or equal to 105,which meets the needs of customers for cold precision forging steel.
