摘要
目的研究以问题为导向的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)联合以案例为导向的教学法(case-based learning,CBL)在麻醉专业见习教学中的应用效果。方法择取在广州医科大学附属口腔医院实习的60名麻醉专业学生,接收时间为2020年1月—2022年1月。通过计算机随机分组,将接受常规带教的30名学生纳入对照组,观察组则纳入实施PBL联合CBL教学法的30名学生,比较教学效果。结果见习后观察组的基础知识(93.45±5.18)分、理解记忆(93.08±6.23)分、临床应用(92.60±5.09)分、综合分析(93.20±4.80)分、麻醉前访视(93.85±4.63)分、麻醉药物应用(94.08±5.16)分、麻醉问题处理(92.56±5.67)分、麻醉技能操作(93.46±5.22)分考核分值均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的一般自我效能量表(general self-efficacy scale,GSES)评分、对带教模式的满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在麻醉专业见习教学中,PBL、CBL教学法联合应用能够促进见习生综合素质的提升,并有助于教学效果与教学质量的提高。
Objective To study the application effect of PBL combined with CBL teaching method in trainee teaching of anesthesiology.Methods A total of 60 anesthesiology students were selected to intern at the Affiliated Stomatological Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University from January 2020 to January 2022.Through computer random grouping,30 students who received routine teaching were included in the control group,while the observation group included 30 students who implemented PBL combined with CBL teaching method to compare the teaching effectiveness.Results The assessment scores of basic knowledge(93.45±5.18)points,understanding and memory(93.08±6.23)points,clinical application(92.60±5.09)points,comprehensive analysis(93.20±4.80)points,pre anesthesia visit(93.85±4.63)points,anesthesia drug application(94.08±5.16)points,anesthesia problem management(92.56±5.67)points,and anesthesia skill operation(93.46±5.22)points in the observation group after internship were all higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The General Self Efficacy Scale(GSES)score and satisfaction with the teaching mode in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the probation teaching of anesthesiology,the combined application of PBL and CBL teaching methods can promote the improvement of the comprehensive quality of the trainees,and contribute to the improvement of the teaching effect and teaching quality.
