摘要
青少年身体素养教育生态系统的构建是培养时代新人终身体育的应然之需,顺应学校体育改革发展的实然之义,个体生命历程健康发展的未然之策。基于对要素结构(主体、客体、介体、环体)以及内部创新机制、政策驱动机制、协同机制的深度剖析,笔者提出打造专兼结合的师资队伍,强化教育主体育人责任,创新身体素养教学模式,促进教育客体内生动力;充分发挥教育介体传导效能,保障教育生态系统的有效供给;培植协调各要素关系,促进要素之间的统筹互嵌;构建课堂信息负反馈机制,提升身体素养教育时效性等发展对策.
The construction of the ecosystem of adolescent physical literacy education is necessary to cultivate lifelong physical education for the new generation,conform to the true meaning of school physical education reform and development,and promote the healthy development of individual life course.Based on the analysis of the element structure,including subject,object,media and ring body,as well as internal innovation mechanism,policy,driving mechanism and coordination mechanism,this paper puts forward development strategres including cultivating competent teaching staff,strengthening education subjects'literacy education responsibility,innovating teaching modes of physical literacy,promoting the education objects'endogenous power;giving full play to the education media transmission efficiency,and ensuring the effective supply of the education ecosystem;cultivating and coordinating the relations of various elements,and promoting the overall planning and mutual embedding of elements;and constructing the negative feedback mechanism of classroom information,and improving the timeliness of physical literacy education.
