摘要当前我国文化领导权建设正遭遇国外一些错误文化思潮的影响、国内意识形态认同不足以及部分文艺作品背离主流价值观、国际话语权较弱等挑战。面对纷繁复杂文化现象的挑战与威胁,需要进一步巩固与增强我国的文化领导权。习近平关于文化领导权建设的论述为我们提供了重要的理论指导。习近平在继承与发展前人文化领导权、分析国内外形势的基础上,多次论述并逐步构建起文化领导权建设体系,即坚持马克思主义、掌握意识形态领导权、加强党对文艺工作的领导、坚定文化自信、提高文化软实力等。为我国牢牢掌握文化领导权与话语权,推进马克思主义中国化的“两个结合”提供了理论创新,为文化继承和文化发展提供了新的理论依据,同时也为我国建设社会主义文化强国贡献了力量。 At present,the construction of cultural leadership in China is encountering challenges such as the influence of some wrong cultural trends abroad,the lack of people’s identity in domestic ideology,as well as the deviation of some literary works from mainstream values and the weakness of international discourse,etc.Facing the challenges and threats of diverse and complex cultural phenomena,it is necessary to further consolidate and enhance the cultural leadership in China.Xi Jinping’s remarks on the construction of cultural leadership provide us important theoretical guidance.On the basis of inheriting and developing the cultural leadership of his predecessors and analyzing the situation at home and abroad,Xi Jinping has repeatedly discussed and gradually built up a system of cultural leadership construction.The system includes adhering to Marxism,mastering ideological leadership,strengthening the Party’s leadership of literary work,firmly asserting cultural confidence,and improving cultural soft power,etc.It provides theoretical innovation for China to firmly grasp cultural leadership and discourse power and promote the“two combinations”of sinicization of Marxism.It also provides a new theoretical basis for cultural inheritance and cultural development,and contributes to the construction of a socialist cultural power in China.
