摘要
本文首先对船舶运输起重绞车进行整体情况介绍,主要包括起重绞车主要由驱动设备、工作设备和辅助设备组成,然后对起重绞车进行方案设计,主要包括对设计要求进行描述,对起重绞车传动系统方案进行设计和选择,对排揽技术方案进行设计,然后对400kN船舶运输起重绞车的液压系统进行设计和计算,在拟定的液压系统原理图的基础上,对卷筒主要参数进行设计和计算,最后对400kN船舶运输起重绞车的运转特性进行设计和计算,主要包括提升、下放和调速等三个过程。
Firstly,this paper introduces the overall situation of the hoisting winch for shipping,mainly including the hoisting winch is mainly composed of driving equipment,working equipment and auxiliary equipment.Then,it designs the hoisting winch scheme,mainly including the description of the design requirements,the design and selection of the hoisting winch transmission system scheme,the design of the drainage technical scheme,and then the design and calculation of the hydraulic system of the 400kN hoisting winch for shipping.On the basis of the schematic diagram of the hydraulic system,the main parameters of the drum are designed and calculated.Finally,the operation characteristics of the 400kN shipping winch are designed and calculated,including three processes:lifting,lowering and speed regulation.
