摘要
本文从我国道路智慧照明行业面临的终端控制标准不统一、各厂商设备无法互换的问题出发,分析其成因,提出由国家级道路照明主管部门牵头制定、推动国家标准落地执行的建议。在新标准被逐步应用过程中,各地区可采用城市道路照明综合管理平台与照明控制终端厂商平台对接等多种方式对原有路灯智能控制终端设备进行管理。结合国内外道路照明控制行业发展现状,对多种跨厂商控制照明终端的方式进行了比较,推荐了切实可行的实施路径,为道路照明管理部门进行智慧照明管理平台建设、照明控制终端设备生产企业进行产品研发提供参考。
This paper starts by addressing the issues faced by the smart road lighting industry in China,including the lack of unified terminal control standards and the inability of different manufactures’devices to inter-operate.It analyzes the causes of these issues and proposes recommendations for the national road lighting regulatory authority to take the lead in developing and promoting the implementation of national standards.In the period of gradual application of the new standards,various regions can manage existing intelligent control terminal devices for streetlights through multiple methods,such as integrating them with the urban road lighting comprehensive management platform and the platforms of lighting control terminal manufacturers.Combined with the development status of road lighting control industry in domestic and abroad,this paper also summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of different ways for cross-manufacture lighting control.It recommends a feasible implementation path,which can be used as a reference for road lighting management authorities and lighting control devices manufacturers.
