焊接变形对主发电机风扇疲劳寿命的影响分析

摘要 某型内燃机车主发电机转子焊接风扇焊后变形量分散性大,为了研究焊接变形对风扇疲劳寿命的影响,对焊接风扇所属底板引起的不同变形量导致安装产生的装配应力进行测试,进而采用真实载荷谱对风扇进行疲劳试验,同时对比了三种通过改变焊接工艺来减小焊接变形的改进方案。研究结果表明:由焊接导致的风扇变形在安装过程中会产生装配应力,变形越大,装配应力越大,变形量与装配应力近似呈非线性关系;疲劳起裂源发生在风扇叶片焊趾处,底板焊接变形越大,叶片疲劳寿命越小;可通过防变形工装来控制风扇底板焊接变形量,底板焊接变形量小于0.35 mm时,可以满足其风扇设计寿命要求。 The deformation of the welding fan of the main generator rotor of a certain type of diesel locomotive is dispersive after welding.In order to study the influence of welding deformation on the fatigue life of the fan,the assembly stress caused by the installation caused by different deformations of the floor of the welding fan is tested,and then the fatigue test of the fan is carried out by using the real load spectrum,three improved schemes to reduce welding deformation by changing welding process are compared.The results show that the fan deformation caused by welding will produce assembly stress in the installation process.The larger the deformation is,the larger the assembly stress is.The deformation is approximately nonlinear with the assembly stress.The fatigue fracture occurs at the weld toe of fan blade.The larger the welding deformation is,the smaller the fatigue life of blade is.Welding deformation can be controlled by anti-deformation tooling.When the welding deformation is less than 0.35 mm,it can meet the design life requirements.
