某大型应急医院污水处理站设计实例分析 被引量:3

Case analysis of sewage treatment station design in a large emergency hospital

摘要 某大型应急医院污水站处理规模为2600 m^(3)/d,采用预消毒-化粪池-预脱氮除磷-泥膜耦合高效氧化-沉淀-深度脱氮除磷-二级强化消毒的水处理工艺,联合废气处理系统和污泥处理系统,实现污水处理站水、气、固的全处理。污水处理后达到《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3898-2002)中准Ⅳ类标准,TN≤10 mg/L;废气处理达标后高空排放,污泥和栅渣定期消毒后外运处置。结合应急医院快速建造的特点,剖析了污水处理站平面布置及主要构筑物设计参数,分析其运行成本及调试情况。 A large emergency hospital were constructed with sewage treatment capacity of 2600 m^(3)/d.The process of'pre-denitrification and phosphorus removal+sludge and membrane coupled with high efficiency oxidation+precipitation+deep denitrification and phosphorus removal+secondary enhanced disinfection'was adopted to treat sewage,and the waste gas treatment system and sludge treatment system were combined used,these process realized the comprehensive treatment of sewage,waste gas and sludge in the sewage treatment station.The sewage after treatment could meet the Environmental quality standards for surface water(GB 3898-2002)Ⅳstandard,with TN≤10 mg/L.The waste gas was discharged at high altitude after treatment,and the sludge and grid residue were disinfected regularly and transported for disposal.Combined with the characteristics of rapid construction of emergency hospitals,the plane layout of sewage treatment stations and the design parameters of main structures were analyzed,and the operation cost and commissioning were analyzed.
