转轮虫种群对培养基氮磷含量的响应及动力学特征

摘要 通过将不同氮磷配比下培养的斜生栅藻(Scenedesmus obliquus)用作转轮虫(Rotaria rotatoria)的食物,探究不同氮磷配比对转轮虫的摄食行为及种群繁殖与存活状况的影响,采用Malthus模型讨论培养基氮磷配比对本实验系统的影响.实验结果表明,氮磷配比可显著影响斜生栅藻的生长及质量;数学模型给出了氮磷配比在实验设计范围(5~30)和限制性因素不确定范围(10~20)两种不同情形下转轮虫密度增长最快的最优氮磷比.所得结论为深入理解营养元素输入配比对生态系统生产力的影响及生态系统的稳定性提供依据. By using Scenedesmus obliquus cultured under different ratios of N and P as the food of Rotaria rotatoria,the effects of different ratios of N and P on feeding behaviour,population reproduction and survival of Rotaria rotatoria are explored.Furthermore,the Malthus model is adopted to analyze the influence of the ratios of N and P in medium on the experimental system from the mathematical insight.The results show that the ratio of N and P significantly affects the growth and quality of Scenedesmus obliquus.According to the established mathematical model,combined with the experimental data and MATLAB analysis,the optimal ratio of N and P is calculated under two different conditions,e.g.,the experimental design range(5~30)and the limiting factor uncertainty(10~20).The conclusions of this paper provide a basis for further understanding of the effects of nutrient element input ratio on ecosystem productivity and ecosystem stability.
