高墩大跨钢混组合梁架设方案优化与过程控制 被引量:2

摘要 随着国民经济飞速发展,偏远山区高速公路建设比重也在不断加大。为克服山高地险的自然环境,对桥梁施工技术也提出了更高要求。曲靖三宝至昆明清水高速公路北羊街大桥11墩~12墩为90 m跨钢混组合梁,墩高分别为50.0、50.5 m。因墩身高、跨度大,施工难度随之大幅增加,原施工方案不能满足工期要求。结合现场实际,从工期、安全性、成本等方面进行综合分析,将原临时支撑+顶推方案优化为临时支撑+履带吊吊装方案。本文重点阐述钢混组合梁吊装临时支架搭设方法并对其进行受力分析,探讨钢混组合梁吊装施工工艺及线形控制措施,并形成一整套高墩大跨钢混组合梁架设施工技术,可为类似桥梁施工提供依据及工程实践参考。 With the rapid development of the national economy,the proportion of highway construction in remote mountainous areas is also increasing.In order to overcome the natural environment of high mountains and dangerous terrain,higher requirements have been put forward for bridge construction technology.The 11th to 12th piers of the Beiyang Street Bridge on the Qujing Sanbao to Kunming Qingshui Expressway are 90 m span steel concrete composite beams,with pier heights of 50.0 m and 50.5 m respectively.Due to the high piers and large spans,the difficulty of construction increases significantly,and the original construction scheme can not meet the requirements of the construction period.Based on the actual situation on site,a comprehensive analysis was carried out from the aspects of construction period,safety and cost,and the original temporary support+jacking scheme was optimized into a temporary support+crawler hoisting scheme.This article elaborated on the erection method of temporary bracket for lifting steel concrete composite beams and analyzed its stress.Moreover,it discussed the construction process and linear control measures for the hoisting of steel concrete composite beams,and formed a complete set of construction techniques for the erection of high pier and large span steel concrete composite beams,which could provide a basis and engineering practice reference for similar bridge construction.
