颈动脉内膜剥脱术中脑氧饱和度变化及影响因素的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 脑氧饱和度监测可以有效预防在颈动脉内膜剥脱术术中由于阻断颈动脉而导致的脑缺血事件的发生。脑氧饱和度是监测局部脑组织中动脉、静脉以及毛细血管血液中血红蛋白,反应脑内氧气输送和消耗之间的平衡,手术期间不仅颈动脉阻断会降低脑氧饱和度,还有众多因素也会降低脑氧饱和度,如麻醉药物、体温、二氧化碳分压、升压药、心输出量等。同时,不同近红外线光谱仪器之间也会存在测量偏差。本文介绍脑氧饱和度在颈动脉内膜剥脱术期间影响因素以及其对脑氧饱和度影响程度。 Cerebral oxygen saturation monitoring is eligible to effectively prevent the occurrence of cerebral ischemic events caused by carotid artery occlusion during carotid endarterectomy.Cerebral oxygen saturation monitors hemoglobin in local cerebral arteries,veins and capillaries,reflecting the balance between oxygen delivery and consumption in the brain.The carotid artery occlusion may cause the decreased cerebral oxygen saturation during anesthesia,and multiple factors involving anaesthetics,body temperature,partial pressure of carbon dioxide,pressor agents,cardiac output,etc mighty reduce brain oxygen saturation.Moreover,measurement deviations are also found between different near-infrared spectrum instruments.This article reviews the change in cerebral oxygen saturation and its influencing factors during carotid endarterectomy.
