摘要
超低温顶装式蝶阀作为LNG接收站栈桥卸料管线,以及LNG储罐进液管线的切换装置,其性能和功能的可靠性是保证LNG卸船系统和储罐安全运行的重要因素,因此目前LNG接收站用超低温顶装式蝶阀很大程度上依赖进口,为降低成本和提高国产化水平,超低温顶装式蝶阀国产化势在必行。通过对国内各LNG接收站进口国外的液相管线的超低温顶装式蝶阀使用状况和结构进行分析,结合应用状况提出国产化超低温顶装式蝶阀样机改进方案,并按照国产化试验大纲对超低温顶装式蝶阀样机进行性能试验和疲劳寿命试验,各项性能试验指标达到国产化试验大纲要求。同时也对各种结构的超低温顶装式蝶阀的在线可维修性进行了分析和探讨,供设计单位、终端用户及阀门制造商参考。
Applied for the unloading stage pipeline in the LNG terminal and switching device for the liquid-inlet pipeline of the LNG tank,the performance of the cryogenic top-entry butterfly valve is a key factor for the safe operation of the unloading system and the tank.Hence,the related cryogenic top-entry butterfly valve for this working condition is to a large extent imported overseas until now.To reduce the cost and boost the related localization,we should produce the cryogenic top-entry butterfly valve all by ourselves instantly.With the analysis for the structure and operation of the cryogenic top-entry butterfly valve working on the liquid-phase pipeline in the LNG terminals in China,associated with the on-site application,we have put forward the improving solution for the localized prototype of the cryogenic top-entry butterfly valve and implement the performance and fatigue life test,with the outcome that all the performance index required in the localization outline are fulfilled.Meanwhile,we also have analyzed and discussed the feasibility for on-line maintenance for different structures of cryogenic top-entry butterfly valve,obtaining a reference for the design company,end user,and the valve manufacturer.
