摘要
在“一带一路”倡议下,培养切合产业发展的技能型人才是福建农林大学茶学专业的人才培养目标。通过比较分析德国食品化学专业的培养模式,总结近几年茶学专业人才培养的存在的问题与改革措施,并提出相应的建议与意见。
Under the policy of"one belt and one road',skilled talents that are suitable for industrial development are the talent training goal of the tea major in Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University.Summarize the reform measures and existing problems in the training of tea talents in recent years by comparing and analyzing the training modes of food chemistry in Germany,and put forward corresponding suggestions and opinions at the end.
