Objective To explore the clinical effect of Alprostadil Injection on diabetes foot. Methods A total of 80 patients with diabetes foot who were admitted to the Department of Endocrinology in Beijing Fengtai Hospital were selected as the study subjects from January 2021 to January 2022,they were divided into the routine group(40 cases)and the comprehensive group(40 cases)according to the order of reception. The routine group was treated with routine comprehensive treatment, while the comprehensive group was treated with routine comprehensive treatment+Alprostadil Injection. The therapeutic effect, hemodynamic indexes of dorsalis pedis artery and quality of life related indexes were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the comprehensive group was higher than that in the routine group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the vascular diameter, blood flow velocity, and pulsatile index of the comprehensive group were higher than those of the routine group, while the resistance index was lower than that of the routine group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the scores of various quality of life in the comprehensive group were higher than those in the routine group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After treatment with Alprostadil Injection, patients with diabetes foot can not only improve foot peripheral circulation, but also promote wound healing and improve their quality of life, which is worthy of clinical adoption.
