摘要
目的分析钡剂灌肠造影X线和多层螺旋CT诊断结肠癌的影像表现及诊断效能。方法43例疑似结肠癌患者均行钡剂灌肠造影X线和多层螺旋CT检查,以最终病理诊断结果作为金标准,分析两种方法诊断结肠癌的影像表现以及诊断效能。结果多层螺旋CT检查主要表现为肠壁增厚、软组织密度结节或包块、癌性溃疡、浆膜层及附近脏器受累等。多层螺旋CT诊断结肠癌的灵敏度、准确率均显著高于钡剂灌肠造影X线(P<0.05)。结论与钡剂灌肠造影X线相比,多层螺旋CT诊断结肠癌更具优势,具有特征性表现,可作为诊断结肠癌的优先使用手段。
Objective To analyze the imaging findings and diagnostic efficacy of barium enema X-ray and multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of colon cancer.Methods All 43 patients with suspected colon cancer underwent barium enema X-ray examination and multi-slice spiral CT examination.The final pathological diagnosis was used as the gold standard to analyze the imaging findings and diagnostic efficacy of the two methods in the diagnosis of colon cancer.Results Multi-slice spiral CT examination mainly showed intestinal wall thickening,soft tissue density nodules or masses,cancerous ulcers,and serous layer and adjacent organ involvement.The sensitivity and accuracy of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of colon cancer were significantly higher than those of barium enema X-ray(P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with barium enema X-ray,multi-slice spiral CT has more advantages in the diagnosis of colon cancer,which has characteristic manifestations,and can be used as a preferred method in the diagnosis of colon cancer.
