既有建筑物整体顶升纠偏法的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 为研究既有建筑物在整体顶升纠偏过程中的施工工艺以及沉降、倾斜控制问题,本文以山东省济南市某6层砖混结构居民楼的整体顶升纠偏为研究对象,在研究顶升纠偏施工工艺的基础上,运用现场实测的方法,研究建筑物的沉降及倾斜变形规律。结果表明,在整个建筑物整体顶升纠偏工期内,建筑物不同角点位置的沉降量和倾斜率曲线均表现为较为一致的变化趋势,沉降量在100 d内呈现近线性增加的趋势,在100 d至140 d内趋于稳定收敛,倾斜率在110 d内呈现非线性降低的趋势,在110 d至140 d内趋于稳定收敛。 In order to study the construction technology and settlement and tilt control issues of existing buildings during the overall lifting correction process,this article takes the overall lifting correction of a 6-story brick concrete residential building in Jinan,Shandong Province as the research object.Based on the research of the lifting correction construction technology,on-site measurement methods are used to study the settlement and tilt deformation laws of the building.The results show that throughout the entire lifting and deviation correction period of the building,the settlement and slope rate curves at different corner positions show a relatively consistent trend of change.The settlement shows a nearly linear increase trend within 100 days,tends to stabilize and converge within 100 to 140 days,and the slope rate shows a nonlinear decrease trend within 110 days,and tends to stabilize and converge within 110 to 140 days.
