摘要
在获取母管制供热机组汽轮机侧实际运行数据时,会遇到汽轮机侧流量缺失的问题,从而导致母管制供热机组汽轮机侧流量整体无法平衡。针对此情况,进行了基于热平衡的流量软测量研究。在准确测量点值的基础上,依据质量守恒方程、能量守恒方程与功率守恒方程,建立汽轮机侧流量软测量模型,进行缺失流量数据软测量,并在流量软测量与运行数据校正基础上建立汽轮机侧整体吸放热量与做功量计算模型,验证缺失流量测点软测量模型的正确性。研究成果可为供热机组流量软测量提供参考。
When the actual operation data on the turbine side is obtained in common header system,the flow data may be missing,resulting in the overall imbalance of the flow data on turbine side in common header system.To solve the problem,the soft measurement of flow based on heat balance was studied.Based on the precise measurement of the point value,a flow soft measurement model on turbine side was established according to mass conservation equation,energy conservation equation and power conservation equation,and the soft measurement of missing flow data was performed.Based on the flow soft measurement and operation data correction,the calculation models of the overall heat absorption and release and power of the turbine side were established to verify the correctness of the soft measurement model,which can make up the absence of flow measurement point.The research result can provide reference for flow soft measurement of heating unit.
