摘要
为了解决某气藏气井产水量逐年上升而导致的排污系统失效问题,经调研并结合现场应用情况,对含硫气田水排污管道和排污阀失效情况进行了分析,提出了相应的防护措施:①分离器、汇管、收发球筒等排污管道采用抗硫钢质内涂层防腐管,而对于低压(<4.0 MPa)排污管道优选钢骨架增强聚乙烯复合管;②优选内衬陶瓷结构多级高压调节阀替换受冲蚀磨损严重的排污阀,而对于受污物杂质影响严重的站场,可在其排污阀前增设自清洗过滤器。
In order to solve the problem of frequent failure of sewage system caused by the increase of water production from gas wells due to the intrusion of edge water in some Formation gas reservoir,the corrosion of sewage pipeline and sewage valve for sulfur-containing gas field was analyzed through investigation and field application,and corresponding protective measures were proposed.It was suggested that anti-corrosion steel pipe with sulfur-resistant internal coating be used for sewage pipes of separator,header,pig launcher and receiver,while steel skeleton reinforced polyethylene composite pipe be preferred for low pressure(<4.0 MPa)sewage pipes;meanwhile,multi-stage high-pressure regulating valve with ceramic lining structure be selected for sewage valve with serious erosion and wear,and self-cleaning filter be added in front of the sewage valve for stations seriously affected by dirt and impurities.
