摘要
随着我国铁路建设的西移,受地势影响,桥隧相连工况多,线路坡度较大,达25‰,传统的运架设备已不能适应该区域的箱梁架设。为适应25‰大坡度的架梁施工,文章对SLJ900型流动式架桥机从机械结构、电气控制、制动系统等方面进行适应性改造,分析运架一体机25‰大下坡架梁主梁水平度变化,确保架梁过程安全可控,解决了大坡度线路的桥梁架梁难题,为类似工程施工提供了经验借鉴。
With the westward movement of railway construction in China,due to the influence of the terrain,there are many working conditions of bridge and tunnel connection,and the slope of the line is large,up to 25‰.Traditional transportation and erection equipment is no longer suitable for box girder erection in this area.In order to adapt to the girder erection construction of 25‰large slope,this paper makes adaptive transformation of SLJ900 mobile bridge erecting machine from the aspects of mechanical structure,electrical control,braking system and so on,analyzes the changes in the levelness of the main girder of the transport-erect machine on 25‰large downhill slope,ensures the safety and controllability of the girder erection process,solves the problem of bridge girder erection on the line with large slope,and provides experience for similar engineering construction.
