摘要
目前,世界各国日益重视农药的健康风险和生态安全问题,并逐步立法加强对农药的风险评估,从而加强农药的风险管理。我国自新修订《农药管理条例》及配套规章陆续颁布实施以来,对农药中具有毒理学意义的主要代谢物进行评估和管理成为我国农药登记管理新的关注点。文章旨在通过借鉴和参考国际组织及发达国家关于农药代谢物的评估及管理要求,为我国农药登记中代谢物的毒理学评价程序提供科学依据。
At present,countries around the world are increasingly paying attention to the health risks and ecological safety of pesticides,and gradually legislating to strengthen the risk assessment of pesticides,thus strengthening the risk management of pesticides.Since the newly revised Regulations on Pesticide Administration and supporting regulations have been promulgated and implemented,the assessment and management of major metabolites with toxicological significance of pesticides has become a new focus of pesticide registration management in China.The purpose of this article is to provide a scientific basis for the toxicological evaluation procedure of metabolites in pesticide registration in China by referring to the evaluation and management requirements of pesticide metabolites from international organizations and developed countries.
