摘要
以梁模型为基础的旋翼动力学分析中,需输入桨叶剖面特性、桨毂剖面特性和操纵线系刚度等参数。无铰式旋翼动力学特性对桨毂剖面特性较为敏感,简单的面积分方法在计算桨毂剖面刚度时误差较大。基于超单元理论,利用三维有限元对桨毂进行静力缩聚,得到适用于梁模型旋翼气弹分析的等效桨毂动力学参数。旋翼旋转动特性试验结果表明,该等效方法计算准确。
The rotor dynamic analysis,based on beam model,needs the input information of section properties of blade and hub,and the stiffness of control system.The dynamic properties of bearingless rotor are sensitive to the stiffness of hub,while the traditional way of calculating stiffness by surface integral has unacceptable error.This paper introduced a way to calculate the equivalent dynamic parameters of hub,based on super-element and static condensation through 3D FEM.The results fit well with rotor rotating dynamic characteristics test.
