摘要
目的分析分娩凳在持续枕横位及枕后位分娩护理中的应用效果。方法选取2021年6月至2023年1月南京市第一医院收治的88例产妇,分娩过程中均出现持续枕横位、枕后位,按照随机数字表法将其分为参照组(44例)与研究组(44例),参照组实施常规护理,研究组在参照组常规护理基础上采用分娩凳。比较两组的产程、阴道分娩率、中转剖宫产率、会阴Ⅰ度裂伤发生率、会阴侧切率。结果研究组第二产程、总产程短于参照组,阴道分娩率、会阴Ⅰ度裂伤发生率高于参照组,中转剖宫产率、会阴侧切率低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论在不良体位分娩护理中应用分娩凳可有效缩短产妇产程,减少不良分娩事件发生风险。
Objective To analyze the application effect of the delivery stool in delivery care of persistent occipitotransverse position and occipitoposterior position.Methods A total of 88 cases of women with persistent occipitotransverse position and occipitoposterior position during delivery admitted to Nanjing First Hospital from June 2021 to January 2023 were selected and divided into the reference group(44 cases)and the study group(44 cases)according to the random number table method.The reference group implemented routine care and the study group used delivery stool based on routine care in the reference group.The labor duration,vaginal delivery rate,transit cesarean section rate,incidence of first-degree perineal laceration,and lateral perineal incision rate were compared between the two groups.Results The second stage of labor and the total stage of labor in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,the rate of vaginal delivery and the incidence of first-degree perineal laceration were higher than those in the control group,and the rate of transit cesarean section and the rate of lateral perineal incision were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of delivery stool in adverse position nursing can effectively shorten the maternal labor and reduce the risk of adverse labor events.
