摘要
目的探讨人文关怀护理在妇科体检中的应用效果。方法抽取2021年5月至2022年5月于济南市长清区中医医院行妇科体检的100例体检者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=50,常规护理)与分析组(n=50,人文关怀护理)。比较两组护理后心理状态、护理质量及依从性。结果护理后分析组心理状态评分、护理质量评分及总依从性高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在妇科体检中应用人文关怀护理模式,利于改善体检者负性情绪及依从性,提升护理质量。
Objective To explore the application effect of humanistic care nursing in gynecological physical examination.Methods A total of 100 women undergoing gynecological physical examination in Jinan Changqing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2021 to May 2022 were selected and divided into the control group(n=50,conventional care)and the analysis group(n=50,humanistic care nursing)using the random number table method.The psychological state,nursing quality and compliance after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The psychological state score,nursing quality score,and total compliance of patients in the analysis group after nursing were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of humanistic care nursing mode in gynecological physical examination is beneficial to improve the negative emotions and compliance of the physical examination subjects,and enhance the nursing qual ity.
