摘要
目的探讨综合护理在小儿腹腔镜疝修补术中的应用效果。方法选取2018年12月至2021年12月东平县人民医院收治的100例腹腔镜疝修补术患儿作为研究对象,按照护理方式的不同分为对照组(50例)与观察组(50例)。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用综合护理,比较两组护理满意度、临床指标、并发症发生情况。结果观察组护理总满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组手术时间、住院时间、疼痛消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合护理应用于小儿腹腔镜疝修补手术中,能够有效缩短手术时间、住院时间、疼痛消失时间,提升护理满意度,降低并发症发生率。
Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing in pediatric laparoscopic hernia repair.Methods A total of 100 children with laparoscopic hernia repair admitted to Dongping People’s Hospital from December 2018 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into control group(50 cases)and observation group(50 cases).The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing.The nursing satisfaction,clinical indicators and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The operation time,hospitalization time,and pain disappearance time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing in pediatric laparoscopic hernia repair can effectively shorten the operation time,hospitalization time,pain disappearance time,improve nursing satisfaction,and reduce the incidence of complications.
