摘要
为提升煤矿机械传动齿轮故障的检测效率和检测准确率,基于小波变换理论,研究煤矿机械设备传动齿轮故障信号检测方法。首先对煤矿机械设备的传动齿轮工作原理进行分析,充分考虑齿轮摩擦、时变刚度及齿侧间隙等因素,获取其传动齿轮运动状态方程。在此基础上,提出一种改进的小波变换方法,采用低通滤波器对其进行降噪,并采用连续小波对其进行强化,利用多分辨率分析的方法将其分解,从而达到对齿轮故障的检测。试验表明,该算法能较好地抑制噪声,并能达到23.364 dB的信噪比,且该方法对不同类型故障信号的检测识别精度达到90%以上。
In order to improve the detection efficiency and detection accuracy of transmission gear fault of coal mine machinery,based on wavelet transform theory,this paper studies the detection method of transmission gear fault signal of coal mine machinery equipment.This paper first analyzes the working principle of the transmission gear of coal mining machinery equipment,fully considers the factors such as gear friction,time varying stiffness and backlash,and obtains its transmission gear motion state equation.On this basis,an improved wavelet transform method is proposed,which uses a low-pass filter to reduce its noise,uses continuous wavelet to strengthen it,and uses multi-resolution analysis to decompose it,so as to achieve the detection of gear faults.The experimental results show that the algorithm can suppress noise and achieve a signal to noise ratio of 23.364 dB.Through the detection of different types of fault signals,the identification accuracy of this method is more than 90%,which is better than the comparison method and is worth popularizing.
