摘要
目的分析在急性心肌梗死(acute myocardial infarction,AMI)行急诊经皮冠状动脉介入术(percutaneous coronary intervention,PCI)后患者中应用早期心脏康复护理措施的干预效果。方法随机选取2021年12月—2022年12月期间福建省立医院收治的120例急性心肌梗死患者为研究对象,以不同护理方式分组,将应用常规护理措施的60例患者纳入对照组,将应用早期心脏康复护理的60例患者纳入研究组,对比两组患者的运动耐力以及护理满意度。结果护理2周后,研究组患者的6 min步行试验(6MWT)距离为(359.85±31.53)m,长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.193,P<0.05)。研究组护理总满意度为96.67%,高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.219,P<0.05)。结论早期心脏康复护理应用于急性心肌梗死行急诊经皮冠状动脉介入术后患者可以起到良好的护理效果,应用价值较高。
Objective Analysis of the intervention effect of early cardiac rehabilitation nursing measures in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)after emergency percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods 120 patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to Fujian Provincial Hospital from December 2021 to December 2022 were randomly selected as the research subjects.Different nursing methods were used to group them.60 patients who applied routine nursing measures were included in the control group,and 60 patients who applied early cardiac rehabilitation nursing were included in the study group.The exercise endurance and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients were compared.Results After 2 weeks of nursing care,the 6-minute walking test(6MWT)distance of the study group patients was(359.85±31.53)m,which was longer than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.193,P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate with nursing in the study group was 96.67%,which was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=9.219,P<0.05).Conclusion Early cardiac rehabilitation nursing care can play a good nursing effect and has high application value when applied after acute myocardial infarction with emergency percutaneous coronary intervention.
