摘要
目的分析结直肠癌永久性结肠造口患者术后家庭复原力及相关影响因素。方法选取2021年3月至2022年9月医院收治的85例结直肠癌永久性结肠造口患者为研究对象,采用家庭复原力评估量表评估患者的术后家庭复原力,记录患者一般资料、生活质量、病耻感情况,并比较不同特征患者的术后家庭复原力,找出相关影响因素。结果85例结直肠癌永久性肠造口患者术后家庭复原力评分为(175.64±13.58)分;不同婚姻状况、自理状况、生活质量、病耻感的结直肠癌永久性肠造口患者术后家庭复原力评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经多元线性回归分析结果显示,未婚或离异/丧偶、完全需要他人照顾、生活质量处于低水平、病耻感处于高水平是结直肠癌永久性肠造口患者术后家庭复原力低的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论结直肠癌永久性结肠造口患者术后家庭复原力较低,与婚姻状况、自理能力、生活质量、病耻感等因素有关。
Objective The postoperative family resilience of patients with permanent colostomy of colorectal cancer and its related factors were analyzed.Methods With selection of 85 patients with permanent colostomy for colorectal cancer admitted to the hospital from March 2021 to September 2022 as the research objects,the family resilience assessment scale was used to evaluate postoperative family resilience of patients.The patient's general information,quality of life,and sense of shame were recorded,and the postoperative family resilience of patients with different characteristics was compared to identify relevant influencing factors.Results The postoperative family resilience score of 85 patients with permanent colostomy for colorectal cancer was(175.64±13.58)points;There were statistically significant differences in family resilience scores for patients with permanent colostomy for colorectal cancer with different marital status,self-care status,quality of life,and sense of shame(P<0.05);The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that unmarried or divorced/widowed,complete need for care from others,low quality of life,and high level of shame were risk factors for low family resilience in patients with permanent colostomy for colorectal cancer(P<0.05).Conclusion The patients with permanent colostomy for colorectal cancer have lower family resilience after surgery,which is influenced by factors such as marital status,self-care ability,quality of life,and the sense of shame.
