Construction and Application of Guizhou Village Planning Convenience Service System

摘要 针对山地省份乡村地区基层力量薄弱、信息化建设滞后导致的村庄规划引领衔接不够、农房报建线下审批缓慢、乡村用地选址门槛较高、村民参与规划手段单一等问题,本文设计了面向村庄规划领域知识图谱的农房报建全流程数字化新模式,构建了数据驱动和知识约束的乡村用地智能选址分析方法,探究了村庄规划成果的多场景可视化交互和虚拟可视化分析。结合新一代信息化技术手段设计并实现了省级村庄规划便民服务系统(黔村规),系统的应用有力提升了山地省份的村庄规划便民服务质效,是具有贵州特色的助力乡村振兴的有效探索。 Aiming at the problems of weak grassroots forces and lagging informatization construction in rural areas of mountainous provinces,the resulting problems include insufficient guidance and connection in village planning,slow offline approval of rural housing construction applications,high threshold for rural land selection,and single means for villagers to participate in planning,this paper designs a new digital model for the entire process of rural housing construction application based on the knowledge map in the field of village planning,and constructs a data-driven and knowledge-based intelligent location analysis method for rural land,explores the multi-scene visual interaction and virtual visualization analysis of village planning results.Combining the new generation of information technology,the provincial village planning and convenience service system(QianCunGui)has been designed and implemented.The application of the system has effectively improved the quality and efficiency of village planning and convenience services in mountainous provinces,which is an effective exploration with Guizhou characteristics to assist in rural revitalization.
