荧光响应性水凝胶的制备及应用研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 荧光水凝胶是一种具有可调发光特性的三维交联亲水性聚合物网络,因其优良的光学性能而受到研究者的广泛关注。荧光水凝胶可以看作是荧光基团与水凝胶的结合,除了具有传统水凝胶的优良性能,如良好的吸水性、与人体组织相似的机械强度、生物相容性好、可变的体积和形状等,还具有可调的发光特性和一定的自修复能力等优点。本文介绍了荧光水凝胶常用的制备方法,包括自组装法和聚合反应法,总结了近几年荧光水凝胶在细胞成像、仿生驱动、药物输送与监控、金属离子检测与吸附等方面的研究成果,为进一步探索荧光水凝胶在生物医学和环境等领域的应用提供参考。 Fluorescent hydrogels are a kind of three-dimensional cross-linked hydrophilic polymer network with adjustable luminescence properties.Due to the excellent optical performance,fluorescent hydrogels have attrac-ted more and more attentions.They can be considered as the combination of fluorescent groups and traditional hydrogels.In addition to the excellent properties of traditional hydrogels,such as good water absorption,me-chanical strength similar to human tissue,good biocompatibility,variable volume and shape,fluorescent hydro-gels also have the advantages of adjustable luminescence characteristics and certain self-healing ability.This article introduces the commonly used preparation methods of fluorescent hydrogels,including self-assembly method and polymerization reaction method,and summarizes the research achievements of fluorescent hydrogels in cell imaging,biological drive,drug delivery and monitoring,metal ion detection and adsorption in recent years.This provides some reference for further exploring the application of fluorescent hydrogels in biomedical and environmental fields.
