摘要
为提高绿色建筑工程的施工质量及效率,优化资源配置,节省能源建材等资源,应对绿色建筑工程施工管理体系进行创新和完善。采用定性研究法、专家评议法、定量研究法、层次分析法对绿色建筑工程施工管理体系进行构建及评价。结果表明,二级指标中的施工技术管理权重占比较大,三级指标中的人员安全与健康保障、加强组织管理与监督的权重占比系数较大,其会对施工管理、施工质量、施工过程产生直接影响。在绿色建筑工程施工中注重管理人员安全与健康保障的同时,还应加强组织管理,以确保绿色建筑工程施工质量,提升其施工效率。
In order to improve the quality and efficiency of green building project construction,optimize resource allocation,and save resources,such as energy building materials,the study innovates and perfects green building project construction management system;adopts qualitative research,expert review,quantitative research,and Analytic Hierarchy Process method to construct and evaluate green building project construction management system.The results show that the weight of construction technology management accounts large in the second-level indexes.The weight of staff safety and health insurance and organization management and supervision accounts large in the third-level indexes.These will directly influence construction management,construction quality and construction process.It is suggested to pay attention to the safety of the managers and health insurance,and strengthen organization management,in order to ensure the quality of green building project construction,and improve construction efficiency.
