摘要
对国内外铁道车辆模态性能标准及相关要求进行了系统归纳,介绍了2项中国中车重大课题的相关研究背景和研究成果,在此基础上,对某型动车组控制车抖车问题进行了模态分析和动力学性能仿真分析。分析研究认为,加强车轮踏面等效锥度的管理可以有效防止控制车因转向架二次蛇行导致车体抖动,而车体一阶呼吸模态、一阶垂弯模态、一阶菱形模态对车体振动加速度和运行平稳性指标具有显著影响,在结合运用经验的基础上,提出了控制车模态规划建议。
This paper systematically summarizes the modal performance standards and relevant requirements of railway vehicles at home and abroad,and introduces the relevant research background and research results of two major projects of CRRC.On this basis,the modal analysis and dynamic performance simulation analysis are carried out for the shaking problem of a certain type of EMU control vehicle.The analysis and research show that strengthening the management of the wheel equivalent concity can effectively prevent the control vehicle from shaking due to the secondary hunting of bogie,while the first-order breathing modal,the first-order vertical bending modal and the first-order diamond modal of the carbody have a significant impact on the carbody vibration acceleration and ride index.Based on the application experience,this paper puts forward the control vehicle modal planning proposal.
