碳中和背景下水厂混凝剂自动投加系统的应用

摘要 水厂的药剂在运送和生产过程中会排放二氧化碳,过量的药剂投加会增加污泥的产量,同时会增加污泥处理处置过程中的碳排放量,合理控制加药量有利于水厂践行低碳路径。将优化的混凝剂自动投加系统应用于某中型水厂实际生产中,采用分阶段开展的方式进行了长达半年的混凝剂自动投加试验,对比了混凝剂自动投加系统与人工经验投加的运行情况。在实际运行当中,分阶段投入使用混凝剂自动投加系统能有效保障水厂的供水安全。试验结果表明,混凝剂自动投加系统的投入节约了9%的混凝剂用量,在正常及汛期水质情况下均可确保出水水质稳定。试验期间待滤水浑浊度平均值低于2 NTU,且出厂水中铝的含量低于手动投加方式,具有显著的水质提升效果以及经济效益,且污泥产量明显降低。研究结果为大中型水厂混凝剂自动投加系统的应用提供了示范和参考。 The chemicals in the water treatment plants(WTPs)can emit carbon dioxide during the transportation and production process.Excessive dosing of chemicals can increase the output of sludge.At the same time,it can increase the amount of carbon emissions in the process of sludge treatment and disposal.Reasonable chemicals can help the WTPs to practice a low-carbon path.The optimized automatic coagulant dosing system was applied to the actual production of a medium-sized WTP,and the automatic coagulant dosing test was carried out for half a year in a staged manner.In actual operation,the automatic coagulant dosing system put into use in stages could effectively ensure the water supply safety of the WTP.The test results showed that using the automatic coagulant dosing system saved 9%of the coagulant dosage and insured the water quality of the effluent under the conditions of normal and flood season.During the test,the average turbidity of the water to be filtered was lower than 2 NTU,and the aluminum content of the treated water was lower than that of the manual dosing method,which had significant water quality improvement effect and economic benefits.In the meantime,sludge production was significantly reduced.The research results provide demonstration and reference for the application of automatic coagulant dosing system in large and medium WTPs.
