摘要
在数字化转型背景下,制造业服务化成为制造业转型升级的重要途径,“工商融通”复合型人才符合企业数字化转型需求。从人才培养定位、培养方式、课程体系3个方面以及知识、能力、素养3个培养目标解释“工商融通”复合型人才内涵,基于供求理论,分析“工商融通”复合型人才培养的影响因素,最后,从专业人才培养定位、教学创新团队、多知识体系课程结构、专业文化育人场景、“产学研创赛”五位一体协同育人机制等路径,提出“工商融通”复合型人才培养的对策与建议。
In the context of digital transformation,manufacturing service has become an important way for the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry,and"industrial and commercial integration"compound talents meet the needs of enterprise digital transformation.Explain the connotation of"industrial and commercial accommodation"compound talents from the three aspects of talent training orientation,training methods,curriculum system and the three training objectives of knowledge,ability and quality.Based on the theory of supply and demand,analyze the influencing factors of"industrial and commercial accommodation"compound talents training.Finally,from the perspective of professional talent training orientation,teaching innovation team,multi-knowledge system curriculum structure,professional culture education scene"industry-university-research-creation competition"five-in-one collaborative education mechanism and other paths,put forward the countermeasures and suggestions for"industrial and commercial integration"compound talent training.
